Judgment
Heard Mr. Amol Vyas, Adv. appearing on behalf of the Applicant. Mr. Vishnu Upadhyay, RP present in person. This is an application under Section 60(5) of the IBC, 2016 read with Rule 11 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority for Insolvency Resolution Process for Personal Guarantors to Corporate Debtors) Rules, 2019 for withdrawal of the application. It is stated in the application that the Applicant was the personal guarantor for the credit facilities obtained by M/s Adig Jemtex Pvt. Ltd. from the Bank of Baroda. In view of the compromise proposal that has been accepted by the Bank, this application has been moved. Permission granted. CP No. (IB)- 80/94(1)/JPR/2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
All pending IAs stand disposed of accordingly.
