Judgment
This is an intervention application under Section 60(5) of IB Code 2016 read with Rule 11 of NCLT Rules, 2016. Having gone through the contents of the Intervention application and prayers made, this application does not require any consideration by this Tribunal at this stage of the matter. Similar applications have been filed earlier and leave has been granted for withdrawal of the same in this matter. Also liberty was granted to the Ld. Counsel to withdraw the application. Ld. Counsel has submitted that they would like to withdraw the application. Therefore, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. The main matter is now posted for arguments on 22nd November, 2021. If the senior counsel or the arguing counsel for the Corporate Debtor doesn't turn up on that date the opportunity to argue the matter on behalf of the Corporate Debtor will be closed and the matter will be proceeded further.
