Heard Sri Moti Lal Yadav, the petitioner, in person.

This petition had been filed as Public Interest Litigation calling upon the State Government to take appropriate measures for uploading the information in relation to the status of employment of teachers and other employees in institutions under the control of the State Government or aided by the State Government.

Learned Standing Counsel has produced a copy of the notification dated 21.12.2016 issued by the Principal Secretary, Government of U.P. that such information shall now be uploaded on the website and in the event the information is not uploaded, appropriate action shall be taken against the erring officials. The said Government Order is extracted hereunder: "VERNACULR MATTER OMITTED"

Keeping in view the aforesaid steps having been taken, we direct that the State Government shall also ensure the implementation of the said Government Order through its officials in the respective districts from time to time and shall take appropriate action in this regard.

The writ petition is disposed off with the said directions.
