Judgment
Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
By this petition, the petitioner is seeking directions to the Mamlatdar of Sattari Taluka to decide the Tenancy Case No. JM/SAT/TNC/3/2010 expeditiously and in a time frame. The petitioner is also seeking directions to the Administrative Tribunal of the Deputy Collector to decide the appeal being case No.17-3-2018/TNC/APL/SAT in a period of four weeks or in a time frame.
Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 fairly submits that the Deputy Collector would decide the appeal within four weeks from the date of service of notice to the respondents or about preponement of the date of the hearing. Similarly the Mamlatdar of Sattari Taluka would decide the Tenancy Case No. JM/SAT/TNC/3/2010 within six months thereafter.
Hence, the petition stands disposed of with a direction that the Deputy Collector shall decide the appeal within four weeks from the date of service of notice to the respondents and the Mamlatdar of Sattari Taluka shall decide the tenancy case within six months thereafter.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
