Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced instructions dated 29.09.2026, issued by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, which are taken on record.

A perusal of the aforesaid instructions reveals that an amount of Rs.4,58,837/- has been credited in the account of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has received the aforesaid amount but the issue regarding her absorption has not been complied with.

This Court while disposing of the writ petition had only given the direction to respondent No.2 to examine the case of the petitioner for release of grant-in-aid in terms of the judgment passed in CWP No.4196 of 2013, titled, Sushma Rana and Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., which was upheld in judgment dated 22.09.2022, passed in LPA No.88 of 2016, titled, State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors vs. Sushma Rana and Ors., and since the petitioner has received an amount of Rs.4,58,837/-, the respondents have complied with the mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed.

In view of the above, the present execution petition is disposed of. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy in case she has not been granted other reliefs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
