Judgment
A. Guneshwar Sharma, J
[1] Heard Mr. Th. Ibohal, learned senior counsel, assisted by Mr. Th. Deepak, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioners.
[2] Issue notice, returnable after 4(four) weeks.
[3] Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 3; and Mr. Boboy Potsangbam, learned counsel on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 & 5. Hence, no formal steps is required to be taken.
[4] Learned counsel for the respondent, seeks 3(three) weeks’ time to file counter affidavit and one week for rejoinder, if required.
[5] Mr. Th. Ibohal, learned senior counsel for the petitioners, submits that in order to protect the rights of the petitioners, the interim order may be passed in line with the prayer No. 3 to the effect that answer script of the petitioner for Paper No. IV- APPLIED ANATOMY & RECENT ADVANCES be kept in sealed cover during the pendency of the present petition.
[6] The respondents are directed to keep the aforesaid answer script under sealed covered during the pendency of the present petition.
[7] List on 25.08.2023 before roster Bench.
