The petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing the present petition seeking direction to the respondents for quashing of notification No. LAC (F) 2002/NTLA/95 issued under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 dated 17.04.2002 (Annexure P-2) and declaration under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, issued vide notification No.LAC(F)-NTLA/2003/157 dated 10.04.2003 (Annexure P-3), in view of the judgment of Hon'ble the Apex Court passed in case bearing SLP (C) No. 10857-10878/2011 titled as HUDA Vs. Reshma Footwear (P) Ltd. and others decided on 11.05.2016 as well as Division Bench judgments of this Court rendered in cases CWP No. 2308 of 2004 titled as Reshma Footwear Vs. State of Haryana decided on 21.06.2010 AND CWP NO. 17412 OF 2004 TITLED AS Girdhari Lal and others Vs. Union of India decided on 21.04.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated persons filed CWP No. 9082 of 2014 and the said petition was disposed of vide order dated 21.02.2018, wherein direction was issued to the respondent-State to consider the claim of the petitioners for release of their respective property in view the judgments referred hereinabove. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case same directions are issued by this Court to dispose of his representation dated 18.07.2019 (Annexure P-6).

Keeping in view the limited prayer, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for release of his property in view of the judgments as mentioned above and necessary action be taken on his representation dated 18.07.2019 (Annexure P-6) within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that till the decision of the representation of the petitioner, status quo as it exists today shall be maintained.
