Judgment
Mahesh Bhagwati, J.—The Petitioner is found to have impugned the order dated 31st August, 2009, whereby the Rajasthan Waqf Tribunal, Jaipur dismissed the application filed by the Petitioners-Defendants under Order 7 Rule 11 read with Sections 10 and 151 of CPC .
None appears for the Petitioners.
Having carefully perused the relevant material on record, it is noticed that this Court in the case of Ranveer Singh and Anr. v. A.D.J. and Ors. S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 6790/2011, having analyzed the matter in detail, vide order dated 23th May, 2011, dismissed the writ petition filed by the Petitioners and upheld the order of the trial court. The facts of the instant case are quite similar, hence in the light of the order passed by this Court in the case of Ranveer Singh (supra), the impugned order is found to have suffered from no infirmity. Conversely, it is perfectly legal and warrants no intervention. Hence, the Civil Writ Petition filed by the Petitioners being bereft of any merit deserves to be dismissed, which stands dismissed accordingly.
Consequent upon the dismissal of writ petition, stay application, filed therewith, does not survive and that also stands dismissed.
