ORDER

This is an application filed by the Liquidator for placing on record the 2nd Progress Report for the period 01.04.2023 to 30.06.2023 in terms of Section 35(1)(n) r.w. Section 60(5) of the IBC, 2016 & Regulation 15(1) of the IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016.

We have heard the learned PCS for the Liquidator.
