Anita Chaudhry, J.—The instant petition in the nature of habeas corpus has been filed directing respondents No. 1 to 3 to get the detenue - Ashiya Parveen released, who is in the illegal custody of respondent No. 4.

Vide order dated 05.05.2014, respondent No. 2 was directed to produce the detenue before this Court.

The detenue is present before the Court along with the police officials. Respondent No. 4 has also put in appearance.

Learned State counsel submits that the complainant had lodged a report, which was subsequently cancelled as the detenue had made a statement u/s 164 Cr.PC before the Magistrate in February, 2014. The copy of the same has been filed in Court and the same is taken on record.

The detenue states that she had married respondent No. 4 and she has not been detained by him. She also submits that she has not sent any SMS to her father nor has expressed that she has any threat to her life at the hands of respondent No. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed.
