Judgment
Vivek Rusia, J
This is first application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 filed by the applicant- Mohanlal S/o Rajaram Gayari, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.502 of 2015 (date not mentioned) registered at Police Station Special Police Establishment, Lokayukt Office, Ujjain, District Ujjain (M.P.) for the offences punishable under Sections 13 (1) (d), 13 (2) and 15 of Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 and also under Sections 420 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1806.
The applicant did not appear before the trial Court, despite issuance of several summons, as observed by the trial Court in the impugned order; and all other accused persons have already appeared before the trial Court either at the time of filing of the charge sheet, or immediately thereafter.
The applicant is also directed to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court shall consider his bail application on the same day.
With the aforesaid direction and observation, the present miscellaneous criminal case stands disposed off.
