This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-
“1. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or such other writ, order or direction commanding the Respondent to consider Exhibit P4 representation and pass orders on the same in a time bound manner.
Issue such other writ order or direction as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.
Dispense with the translation of vernacular documents.”
According to the petitioner, petitioner is the owner of an auto-taxi motor cab bearing registration No.KL 51 F 4484. It seems that petitioner was permitted to park his auto-taxi at Shornur Railway Taxi Stand as per Ext.P1 order of the respondent. Now, the case projected by the petitioner is that petitioner is prevented from parking his auto-taxi in the area earmarked for parking taxi cars. Thereupon, petitioner has submitted Ext.P4 representation before the Divisional Railway Manager, Palakkad, the respondent. Petitioner seeks direction for early consideration of Ext.P4.
Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner Smt. Nazrin Banu, and the learned Deputy Solicitor General of India Sri. S.Manu, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to finalize Ext.P4 application, at the earliest, and at any rate, within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
