Judgment

The petitioner has been working continuously as Junior Assistant in the tribal/difficult area at Jal Shakti Division at Keylong, District Lahul & Spiti H.P. No doubt his last posting at Keylong has been made as per his own request, but then learned counsel for the petitioner states that at that time when he opted for joining at the aforesaid station, his family circumstances were not adverse. Now, since the wife of the petitioner has been operated in the year 2019, she is not medically fit and that is why he wants to move out from the present place of posting/tribal area.
Taking into consideration the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and without taking it as a precedent, we direct the respondents/State to consider and decide the representation so made by the petitioner on 3.02.2020 (Annexure P7) sympathetically within a period of two weeks from today.
3 With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present petition is disposed of. The parties are left to bear their own costs. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
