Judgment
Savitri Ratho, J
This is an application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. in connection with Kujang P.S Case No. 440 of 2023 corresponding to GR Case No. 1192 of 2023 which is pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.(P), Kujang for the commission of offence under section 302 of the IPC.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected on 05.01.2024 in BLAPL No. 368 of 2023 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kujang.
Mr. B. N. Satapathy, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that investigation has been completed in the meanwhile and charge sheet has been filed.
Considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage.
Mr. B. N. Satapathy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the charge sheet has been filed, he wants to go through the charge sheet and make submissions before this Court.
