Admit. DSGI takes notice for the 1st respondent. Government Pleader takes notice for the 2nd respondent.
The grievance of the petitioners is that petitioners are not given an opportunity to submit their objections and that a printed objection form was got signed by the petitioners which does not project the real grievance of the petitioners. Ext.P9 is the detailed objection preferred by the petitioners.
The Government Pleader on instructions submits that Ext.P9 can also be considered by the authorities before finalising on the issue.
In such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to appear before the 2nd respondent on 17.10.2022 at 11.00 a.m. and the 2nd respondent shall hear the petitioners and consider Exts.P9 & P10 and any other objections which they may have and which are permitted under the Act. The petitioners shall produce a copy of this writ petition along with a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent for reference.
