Judgment
K.C. Gupta, J.—This is a petition u/s 482 Cr.P.C. for releasing the petitioner on parole for four weeks to enable him to get specialised treatment as he is suffering from Ulcer and vomitting mixed with blood and food particles. The prescription of the doctor, Annexure P-1, has been attached which shows that he is suffering from Ulcer and has been getting vomitting mixed with blood and food particles.
Learned Counsel for the State contended that he is getting treatment in the Central Jail, Jalandhar, and his condition is now stable. Even if his condition has become stable for the time being, then also, he required specialised treatment as ultimately operation has to be performed to get rid of Ulcer.
Keeping in view this fact, the respondents are directed to release the petitioner on parole for four weeks to enable him to get specialised treatment from medical specialist within 15 days from the receipt of copy of this order.
The petition is accordingly disposed of.
Copy of this Order, be given Dasti under the signatures of the Reader of this Court.
