The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for quashment of order dated 03.09.2019 with direction to the respondents to uphold the tender process in question.
Mr.Adarsh K. Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, submits that as per the orders passed by this Court, the tender was allotted to the petitioner since it was the lowest one. On instruction from the concerned Engineer, learned Additional Advocate General further submits that the petitioner has completed the work and has been paid the amount.
In view of the fact that the work has already been completed and the petitioner has been paid the amount, the prayer made in the present petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous, reserving liberty to the petitioner to work out in case if there is any dispute with regard to payment between the parties. Pending application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
