Judgment
Ali Mohammad Magrey, J
By this petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr. P. C.), the petitioner is seeking quashing of the Challan/ final report presented by the Police concerned before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sonawari, in case bearing FIR No.45/2019, registered against the petitioner in Police Station Hajan, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 341, 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Since, the trial of the aforesaid case is pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sonawari, where the Challan/ final report stands already filed, it is thought just and proper to dispose of this petition by directing the learned trial Court to consider and dispose of the case expeditiously in accordance with the law governing the subject, preferably within two months from today.
Ordered accordingly.

Registry to forthwith send a copy of this order, in Virtual form, to the Court below, copy whereof shall also be furnished to the counsel for the parties.
