This appeal assails order dated 14 May 2025 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in IA 12287/2025 in CS (COMM) 959/2024 filed by the appellant under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

We are informed that during the pendency of this appeal, CS (COMM) 959/2024 has itself been dismissed by the learned Single Judge on 29 July 2025. As such this appeal has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, reserving the rights with the appellant to challenge the decision on the main suit, this appeal is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
