Judgment
As per the orders dated 20.01.2025, the applicant was directed to file NoC from M/s. Navayuga Engineering Company Limited, M/s. Navayuga Port Projects Limited and M/s. CVR Holding Corporation. Inadvertently the name of “M/s. CVR Holding Corporation” was wrongly mentioned as “M/s. MKS Constro Venture Private Limited, Operational Creditor”.
In view of the directions, the Applicant has filed NoC from all the 3 Companies, M/s. Navayuga Engineering Company Limited, M/s. Navayuga Port Projects Limited and M/s. CVR Holding Corporation.
The Applicant has met all the statutory requirements for the withdrawal of the Petition under Section 9. Accordingly, permission is granted to withdraw the present Petition. As such, this Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
