Judgment
A. Muhamed Mustaque, J
The original petition is filed for the following reliefs:
(i)To direct the VIIIth Additional District and Sessions Court, Ernakulam to issue certified copy of the order in R.C.A.No.56/2024 dated 07.02.2025 as early as possible and within a time frame.
(ii) To direct the Principal Munsiff's Court, Ernakulam not to proceed with the delivery of the petition schedule building in E.P.No.345/2024 in R.C.P.No.67/2020, until the statutory time for preferring Rent Control Revision Petition by the petitioner stands expired.
(iii) To issue any other order or direction appropriate in the circumstances of the case.
There shall be a direction to the VIII Additional District and Sessions Court, Ernakulam, to issue a certified copy of the order in R.C.A.No.56/2024, dated 7/2/2025, within three weeks. Execution in the matter shall be kept in abeyance for a period of four weeks. The petitioner shall serve a copy of this judgment on the respondent through the counsel appearing for him before the execution court.
The original petition is disposed of as above.
