Sd/- 02 - IRP ORDER Ld. Counsel for the operational creditor appears. Ld. Counsel for the corporate debtor appears. CA(IB) 1349/KB/2019 is filed by the operational creditor for withdrawal of this CP on the ground that both parties have settled after admission of corporate debtor in CIRP but before the formation of the CoC. By invoking our jurisdiction under rule 11 of NCLT Rules, we allow withdrawal upon settlement. We heard IRP. He is directed to file separate application under Regulation 3(3) claiming his fees and cost. Same shall be considered separately. CP and this application stand disposed off.
