Judgment
Alok Sharma, J.�On the matter coming up before this Court counsel for the parties agree that the impugned order dt. 4.2.2014 passed by the Addl. District Judge No. 3, Jaipur Metropolitan (hereinafter ''the trial Court'') be set aside on costs of Rs. 50,000/- and the petitioner-plaintiff (hereinafter ''the plaintiff) may be allowed one opportunity to bring the documents on record by resort to the provisions of Order 7 Rule 14(3) CPC. In view of above, this writ petition is allowed and the order dt. 4.2.2014 passed by the Addl. District Judge No. 3, Jaipur Metropolitan is quashed and set aside. The application under Order 7 Rule 14(3) CPC stands allowed with the costs of Rs. 50,000/- to be paid to the defendant by the plaintiff on the next date before the trial Court failing which order shall stand recalled. The documents filed by the plaintiff with the application under Order 7 Rule 14(3), CPC be taken on record. The trial in the suit be expedited and be concluded within period of six months from the date of taking documents on record. When any request is made for an adjournment it should be only entertained on an application in writing with reasons set out. The trial Court may thereupon adjourn the matter as warranted in its discretion judicially exercised.
