Judgment
V. Narasingh, J
Mr. S.P. Dash, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the Informant by filing vakalantama in Court. The same is taken on record. The name of Mr. Dash be reflected in the file, cause list and CMS of this Court.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and the Informant.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 39 of 2022(POCSO), pending before the Court of the learned Addl. Dist. Judge-cum-Spl. Court under POCSO Act, Berhampur, arising out of Aska P.S. Case No. 151 of 2022 for alleged commission of offences under Sections 450/376(3) of IPC as well as under Section 4(2) of POCSO Act.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned ADJ-cum-Spl. Court under POCSO Act, Berhampur, by order dated 26.12.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.
Perused the statement of the victim.
Considering the same, this Court is NOT INCLINED to entertain this bail application at this stage.
Learned Court in seisin is called upon to expedite the trial.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
