Heard Mr. D.R. Swain, learned counsel appearing for the Appellants; Mr. S. Patnaik, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 and Mr. S. Udgata, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2.
The Appellants have filed this writ appeal challenging the judgment dated 08.05.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.11056 of 2008, by which the learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition granting liberty to the appellants to pursue their remedy before the Respondent No.1 in accordance with law.
Mr. D.R. Swain, learned counsel appearing for the Appellants, after advancing some arguments, states that the Petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this writ appeal with liberty to pursue their remedy before the appropriate forum as per the judgment dated 08.05.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.11056 of 2008.
In view of the above, the writ appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as aforesaid.
