Judgment

These writ petitions are filed for the following reliefs:-
issue a writ of certiorai to call for records leading to Exhibit P15 order of the PCI and to quash the same.
Issue a Writ declaring that consent of affiliation of the Examining Authority cannot be insisted upon by the 1st respondent for granting approval to conduct D. Pharm course for the academic year 2023-2024.
Issue a writ, order or direction to the 2nd respondent to give necessary directions to 3rd respondent to include the Petitioner in the centralized allotment process to fill up the government merit seats and to allow the petitioner to admit the students under management quota.
Dispense with the filling of English translation of Vernacular documents;
Grant such other reliefs as this Court deems fit in with the facts and circumstance of the case.
The above prayers are for a declaration that the Consent of Affiliation of the Examining Authority cannot be insisted by the 1st respondent. Subsequently, the petitioner has filed an application before the Examining Authority for a grant of Consent of Affiliation.
It is submitted by Sri.George Poonthottam , learned Senior counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader that, the Consent of Affiliation was already issued on 23.08.2023 . Ext.P15 is the decision of the Pharmacy Council of India, which states that since the petitioner failed to submit the Consent of Affiliation of the Examining Authority, it is decided to instruct the institution to submit the Consent of affiliation within 7 days.
Therefore, now the 1st respondent has to process the application on the basis of Consent of affiliation granted by the Examining authority.
Therefore, these writ petitions are disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to process the application on or before 30.08.2023 on the basis of the Consent of Affiliation issued by the 2nd respondent.
