ORDER
Mr. Asadali Mazgoanwala, counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. P.G. Sabnis, counsel appearing for the Corporate Debtor are present through virtual hearing. The counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that he has received an instruction from his clients to withdraw the Company petition as the amount involved therein does not meet the threshold limit. Accordingly, the C.P. 708 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
