ORDER
Counsel for the Applicant is present. Counsels for the Resolution Professional and the Resolution Applicant are present. It has been submitted by Counsel for the Applicant(s) that the Applicant and the other Applicants who are similarly situated, have filed the Appeals before the Hon'ble NCLAT in Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) through Nos.306 of 2019, 307 of 2019 and 315 of 2019 against the order passed by this Authority on 23.01.2019 in MA/515/2018 filed in CP/689/IB/2017. The Hon'ble NCLAT on 29.03.2019 has passed an interim order directing that the 'Successful Resolution Applicant' will not sell or transfer nor alienate or create third party interest on any of the movable or immovable property of the 'Corporate Debtor'.
In MA/541/2018, MA/38/2019, MA/37/2019, MA/545/2018 and MA/40/2019 filed in CA/689/IB/2017, the Applicants have raised the same and similar issues, as have been raised before the Hon'ble NCLAT, in the appeals noted above. Therefore, the Applicants cannot seek same relief from this Authority.
In view of the appeals filed by the Applicants, the MAs have become infructuous. Therefore, the same stand dismissed.
