The CoC considered that no resolution plan was received and unanimously decided to liquidate the Corporate Debtor. By way of an additional affidavit, the RP has placed on record minutes of the meeting of the CoC held on 08.11.2023 wherein name of Mr. Rahul Jindal having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P-02649/2021-2022/14048 has been proposed to be appointed as a liquidator in the application.
