Judgment

Present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondent No. 2 to decide the case of the petitioner as per order dated 06.05.2010 passed by this Court in CWP No. 2117 of 1992 which is based on CWP No. 1313 of 1990 and also directing the respondents to allot the land to the petitioners under the policy decision dated 19.03.1982.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that legal issue in the present writ petition had already been decided by the learned Single Judge in C.W.P. No. 1313 of 1990 titled as Achhar Singh (died) through LRs vs. State of Punjab and others, decided on 06.05.2010 (Annexure P/5). Learned counsel further states that the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of judgment dated 06.05.2010(Annexure P/5).
In view of the above, present petition is disposed of in terms of judgment passed in Achhar Singh''s case (supra) (Annexure P/5).
