Judgment

This is repeat bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of temporary bail arising out of Crime No.184/2018 registered at Police Station-
Jaora, Ratlam for the offence punishable under Section 302, 147, 148, 149, 324, 294 of IPC and 25 of Arms Act.
Counsel for the State submits that he has verified and the marriage of sister of the applicant is going to be solemnized on 11.02.2022. However, he
submits that since the applicant is an accused of an offence under Section 302 of IPC and other offences, strict conditions be imposed.
After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled for temporary bail for a period of 10 days.
It is directed that the applicant- Mehfuj shall be released on bail temporarily for a period of ten days subject to his furnishing a bail bond of Rs.50,000/-
(Rs.Fifty Thousand) with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court and an undertaking that he will surrender on
22.02.2022. He shall abide by the conditions mentioned in Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C. during this period.
In case if he fails to surrender on 22.02.2022, the concerned S.H.O. shall be free to arrest the applicant. Apart from this, the applicant shall daily
report to the concerned police station.
With the aforesaid, MCRC is disposed of.
