Judgment
Ajay Mohan Goel, J
Learned Additional Advocate General has handed over an office order passed by the Director of Ayurveda to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, i.e. office order dated 30.06.2020, which reads as under:-
"In partial modification to this office order No. Ayur.H(B)(4)-35/84 dated 01.06.2019 and in compliance to the order passed by the Hon'ble Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 267/2015 filed by Sh. Mehar Singh, Class-IV as well as Govt. ACS(Ay.) Letter No. Ayur-E(3)-28/2015 dated 26.04.2019, the services of Sh. Mehar Singh, Class-IV (Sr.No. 6) are hereby regularized w.e.f. 28.12.2012 i.e. on the day he has completed 08 years of Daily Waged service with all consequential benefits which will be paid in due course of time."
Above office order is ordered to be taken on record.
After perusing said office order, Mr. Jai Dev Thakur, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the same satisfies the claim of the petitioner, however, he submits that some time bound direction be issued to the respondent to pay consequential benefits.
In view of above office order which stands passed by the Director of Ayurveda to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, these contempt proceedings are dropped. Notice stands discharged, however, with direction to the respondent to pay all consequential benefits in terms of the office order dated 30.06.2020, in favour of the petitioner, on or before 30.09.2020.
