P. Sam Koshy, J
The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in this petition is that though the petitioner has been working with the respondents since
30.06.2010, till date he has not been absorbed.
According to counsel for the petitioner, he was appointed vide order dated 22.06.2010 and gave his joining at Gourela. Subsequently on 05.07.2010
the place of posting stood changed and the petitioner was sent to Mungeli where again the petitioner gave his joining on 07.07.2010 and since then he
is posted at the same place.
The petitioner referred to Annexure P/6 dated 26.07.2018 issued by the Block Education Officer, Gourela, District Bilaspur wherein they had
recommended the case of the petitioner for absorption and have categorically given confirmation of the fact that the petitioner had joined his service at
Gourela on 30.06.2010 onwards.
Given the said facts that there is already a recommendation in favour of the petitioner, this court does not intend to keep this petition pending, rather
ends of justice would meet if a direction is given to the respondent No.3&4 to take a prompt decision on the absorption of the petitioner at the earliest
preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order treating the date of joining of the petitioner to be
30.06.2010.
It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents No.3&4 so far as order passed by this court is concerned.
