This instant civil revision application under Article 227 was filed against an interim order dated 14-06-2022, whereby the petitioner was directed to make payment of 25% of the outstanding principal amount as passed by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, New Delhi. This matter thereafter, was finally disposed of by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, New Delhi on 30th September, 2022. As such, the matter has been rendered infructuous.

Mr. S.Sahay, learned counsel for the petitioner however, has made submissions that the matter be kept pending as the petitioner is contemplating to challenge the order of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, New Delhi.

Be that as it may, it is open for the petitioner to seek any other remedy but so far as the present matter is concerned, after disposal of the matter, nothing remains for consideration.

Accordingly, matter stands closed and disposed of. Interim order dated 14-06-2022 stands vacated.
