Sureshwar Thakur, J
The learned Addl. A.G. has placed on record scribed instructions, detailing therein that the recruitment process, for engaging regular incumbents, against the vacant posts, stands initiated. The respondents concerned, are permitted to initiate and conclude the afore recruitment process.
Be that as it may, the learned counsel for the petitioner though would not hold any right to make any contention, before this Court that the initiation of the recruitment process, for engaging regular hands, against the posts concerned be stalled, nor he can contend that he be regularized against the advertised posts. However, he may only have the right to, under relevant policy, claim regularization, of his hitherto contractual service, as a Clerk, yet only upon his fulfilling the requisite eligibility criteria, inasmuch as his passing 10+2 certificate, from the recognized board. In case, the writ petitioner possess the afore educational qualification, he be considered by the respondent to be regularized, against the post of Clerk. It is made clear that uptill the conclusion of the afore recruitment process, the services of the petitioner would not be dispensed with.
In view of this, the writ petition is disposed of. Also, the pending application(s), if any, are also disposed of. No costs.
