ORDER
The parties are represented through learned counsels.
Counsels for both the parties fairly submitted that one IB Petition i.e. C.P. (I.B) 533/2018 has been admitted against the same Corporate Debtor.
Accordingly, the instant application become infructuous. In view of that, C.P. (I.B) 612/2018 is dismissed as infructuous.
However, the Applicant has liberty to file his claim before the IRP/RP.
