Counsel for the OC is present. She has placed copy of the order dated 22.08.2019 by which CIRP has been initiated against the CD viz., Indrapuram Habitat Centre pvt ltd and it is submitted that the claim has already been filed before the IRP /RP. In view of it the petition stands disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the OC to revive/restore the same in the event of compromise of CD with other creditors or setting aside of the said order in appeal.
