This application has been filed by the Appellants seeking restoration of the Appeal on the grounds disclosed in the application.
Learned Counsel for the Respondent/Complainant submits that he has no objection if the application be allowed and the Appeal be restored subject to costs.
In the interest of justice and in view of the no objection and for the reasons disclosed in the application, the application is allowed and the Appeal is restored to its original number subject to costs of ₹10,000/- Costs be paid by the Appellants to the Respondent/Complainant by way of demand draft within two weeks.
List the Appeal for final hearing on 29.09.2023.
Interim order of stay shall continue.
Both the parties are directed to file the written synopsises not exceeding 2 to 3 pages along with pagination and case laws, if any, within eight weeks with exchange of copies to each other.
