Judgment
Savitri Ratho, J
This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. in connection with Cyber Berhampur P.S. Case No.21 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1825 of 2023, pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C. (L.R. & L.T.V.), Berhampur, registered for commission of offences under Sections 419, 420 of IPC and Section 66 (C)/66 (D) of Information Technology Act, 2000.
Perused the report dated 20.02.2024 of the learned J.M.F.C. (L.R. & L.T.V.), Berhampur wherein it has been stated that the case record was posted to 22.02.2024 for trial and effective steps are being taken by the Court for disposal of the case within a period of two months.
Mr. Amit Ranjan Padhi, learned counsel on behalf of Mr.Judhistir Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meanwhile trial has been completed and judgment has been delivered on 27.02.2024 and the petitioner has been acquitted for which this bail application has become infructuous.
Considering the said submission, this BLAPL is dismissed as infructuous.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
