Judgment
Although the respondent No. 5 is represented in Court by learned counsel, it is submitted by her that no copy of the cause papers has been served upon her client. We direct immediate service of the cause papers to the respondent No. 5 by the Advocate-on-Record for the appellant by dasti service and an affidavit of serice be filed in Court before the returnable date.
We admit this appeal.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 that the Managing Committee of Madrasa Hemayatul Islam L.P. School, Shillong has been reconstituted by the government of Meghalaya on 13th December, 2024 for a period of three years w.e.f. 20th August, 2024, further to the impugned judgment and order passed by this Court.
We only observe that such reconstitution will abide by the result of this appeal.
We expedite hearing of the appeal, dispensing with all formalities.
Advocate-on-Record for the appellant shall file an informal paper-book and file the same in this Court by 20th February, 2025, serving a copy thereof on the Advocate-on-Record for the respondents at least seven days before the next date fixed.
List this appeal on 3rd March, 2025.
