Judgment

1.The petitioner approached this Court for non-compliance of the directions in Annexure-A3 judgment. By Annexure-A3 judgment, this Court ordered that in regard to custody the parties will have to follow Ext.P1 judgment (Annexure-A1 produced herein), till it is modified. It is further ordered that the parties are at liberty to approach the Family Court seeking implementation of those directions, if there is any violation from the opposite side. It appears that the petitioner already moved the Family Court for such direction and the Family Court gave appropriate direction to the police.
In view of the clear direction given in the judgment itself the remedy of the petitioner is to approach the Family Court. The Family Court shall ensure that the directions of this Court as well as Annexure-A1 judgment are strictly complied with by the opposite side. If there is any failure on the part of the respondent, the competent jurisdictional police also shall give assistance to the Family Court to enforce such direction.
With the above observations and directions, the Contempt Case is disposed of.
