Judgment
Mr. Anil Kumar Gaur, learned Additional Advocate General puts in appearance on behalf of the respondents.
A copy of the writ petition be supplied to him, who may complete his instructions in the matter/file reply by the next date.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar nature writ petitions, notices have been issued and interim order has also been granted by
this Court.
In view of the submissions made by the parties, list the writ petition on 18.3.2020.
In the meanwhile and till further orders, the respondents are directed to accept the application of the petitioner pursuant to the Policy (Annex.2), in
case, the same is filed by the petitioner by 11.3.2020 and deal with the same appropriately. However, the same would remain subject to the final
outcome of the present writ petition.
However, passing of the order in presence of the counsel for the respondents would not preclude the respondents in filing application seeking
vacation/modification of the interim order.
