Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to pay the entire amount pending against the loan amount taken by him within a period of 45 days from today.

The petitioner is directed to pay an amount of Rs.50,00,000/- within a period of 15 days from today and the remaining outstanding loan amount shall be paid within a period of 45 days from today.

In the meanwhile, the respondent shall not finalize the auction proceedings, if held any, in respect to the commercial property of the petitioner. In case, the petitioner fails to deposit the first installment within 15 days from today and the remaining amount within a period of 45 days from today, this interim order granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically without reference to the Court and the respondent would be at liberty to proceed against the petitioner.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Stay petition and all pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
