Judgment

This writ appeal has been filed by the appellants assailing the Order dated 23.03.2017 passed by learned Single Judge in WPC No.2270/2016.
There is a delay of 1830 days in filing the writ appeal, as pointed out by the Registry. An application for condonation of delay (IA No.02/2022) has also been filed.
Learned counsel for the appellant/University submits that in the meantime, direction in the impugned order has already been complied with. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ appeal.
Learned counsel for respondent No.1 (writ petitioner) acknowledges the same and submits that he has no objection if the writ appeal is withdrawn.
In view of the above, the writ appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
Interlocutory applications are disposed of accordingly.
