M. Sasidharan Nambiar, J.—This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for a direction to the first Respondent to entrust investigation of the complaint filed by the third Respondent against Petitioner seeking police protection and directing first Respondent to initiate appropriate proceedings in Exhibit P5 petition submitted before City Police Commissioner seeking investigation on the complaint filed by the third Respondent.

2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner was heard.

3.

Complaining police harassment, Petitioner approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) No. 22258/2010. By Exhibit P4 judgment, recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader that police are only enquiring into the complaint, the writ petition was disposed. It is thereafter this petition is filed. I find no reason to direct an investigation of the complaint filed against the Petitioner by the third Respondent at the instance of the Petitioner, when, admittedly, no crime has so far been registered.

4.

In such circumstances, petition is dismissed.
