I.A. No. 1 of 2014:
I.A. No. 1 of 2014 is granted in terms of prayer (a) which reads as under:
"(a) implead the applicants herein namely: Rajmohan S/o. Gangadharan Pillai r/o Mangalathu Bungalow, Mullikkala, Thevalakkara P.O. Padappanal, Kollam, Kerala and (ii) Jyotikumar S/o. Karthikeyan r/o Devikripa Kureepuzha Chery, Sakthikulangara Village, Kavanad P.O. Kollam, Kerala as Respondents in SLP (C) No. 20370 of 2012 and the pending 1A No. 5 of 2014 in SLP (C) No. 20370 of 2012."

I.A. No. 2 of 2014 is granted in terms of prayer (a) which reads as under:
"(a) direct the court of Additional Sessions Judge-01, Patiala House Courts and the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Courts, to release the original bank guarantees bearing Nos. 00711GFIM)00212 and 00711GFIN000312 both dated June 2, 2012 to the applicant sureties or their authorized representatives or directly to the UCO Bank, Kollam (Quilon) Branch, Kerala to enable the applicant sureties to obtain renewal of the said bank guarantees and to submit such renewed bank guarantees with the Registrar General of this Hon''ble Court, to the satisfaction of this Hon''ble Court."
