ORDER
This Application has been filed by the Financial Creditors seeking to withdraw the CIRP.
Ld. Counsel appearing for the Financial Creditor has submitted that the Resolution Applicant have filed an application i.e. IA-656/2024 seeking to withdraw the application filed under Section 7 IBC, under Section 12A which was allowed vide order dated 15.02.2024 by this Hon’ble Tribunal and IB-201(ND)/2021 was dismissed as withdrawn. He therefore seeks to withdraw the present application.
