ORDER
Ms. Tasneem Zariwala i/b Vidhii Partners appearing for the Corporate Debtor is present through virtual hearing. In view of the order passed in CP (IB) 4776 of 2018, this Petition becomes infructuous and is disposed of. Petitioner will be at liberty to file their claim before the IRP/RP in the said CIRP.
