The matter has been listed today under the caption for clarification for getting instruction with regard to the compliance of the above said order.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that inspite of repeated request, there is no response from the Inspector of Police, for the purpose of evading to appear before this Court.
Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, issue notice to the Inspector of Police namely Kasipandiyan, Palayamkottai Police Station, Tirunelveli City, returnable by 05.09.2023 at 2.15 p.m.
Let the copy of this order also be delivered to the Superintendent of Police, Tirunelveli City to take note of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor over the conduct of the said Inspector of Police.
The learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent has complied the above said condition and after that only, he filed a petition seeking relaxation, that was also allowed.
Post on 05.09.2023 at about 2.15 p.m., for informing Court about the above said development.
