Challenge in the petition was to the order dated 30.11.2022 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Gurugram, in a proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C., whereby the petitioner-husband had been directed to pay Rs.20,000/- per month as provisional maintenance to the respondents.
Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as vide order dated 12.09.2024 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gurugram, the main petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been decided. A copy of the said order dated 12.09.2024 has been handed over in Court today, which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the above said order dated 12.09.2024 has been challenged before this Court by way of filing CRM-M-1570-2024, which is now fixed for 06.05.2025.
In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same stands disposed of, as infructuous.
